All rates are per room per night and include complimentary Wi-Fi in public areas and VAT at the current rate. Rates are subject to change without prior notice. Our continental breakfast is available at £8 per person per day. Occasionally, as part of special rate plans or offers, breakfast may be complimentary. On certain third-party booking sites, breakfast may be advertised as included in cases where there is no alternative for advertising add-ons separately.
Booking Policies*
Provisional Bookings
All bookings are considered provisional until confirmed in writing and secured with a valid credit card.
Cancellation Policy
Standard Rate - Cancellations made within 48 hours of the arrival date (from 2 pm) will incur a charge of 100% of the first night's rate. This charge also applies to non-arrivals.
Advance Purchase - Reservations made on an advance purchase (non-refundable) rate plan are non-refundable. Full payment is required at the time of booking, and no refunds or date changes are permitted.
No-Show Policy - For guests who do not arrive on the first night of a multi-night booking, the room will be released for the remaining nights. Cancellation charges will apply as outlined above.

Alternative payment options available upon request.
To validate your booking, the credit card used for payment must be presented upon arrival.
For Corporate Accounts
Please arrange invoice payments at least one month prior to arrival.
Credit terms are strictly 14 days.
